I like everyone else thought this product would beat out all! Well after the first two times of using it, my wife and I thought it would. First, the directions after getting this product were not that great. Why would you try to figure out pictures with out words to help you along. I bought the 24 volt unit and about the 3rd time the battery kept shutting off. You might get a foot along trimming and then have to stop. After contacting the CS dept. At Workx GT, we were informed that there was something wrong with the batteries and had to wait as they were sending out a new one for replacement. Not too bad, except my wife and I called several times with in a 2 month span only to be lied to about when the battery was shipping and that it was shipping overnight express. This is not true either as they don't have the ability to ship priority. At this point we did receive our money back for any shipping we were charged in the begining, but still not very happy with the battery. We finally received the battery only to find out it was doing the same as it did for the first one. Since finally contacting Workx back, they advised me that we were shipped the "non-pro" battery and are on the list to receive the pro. We are now waiting well over 3 months for this to get taken care of and still no response. I did notice the ads on the tv have stopped as well... Maybe they finally realize the junk this product really is??
