Bolco rebuilt my home after a total loss from a fire last year... My home was rebuilt with vaulted ceilings in the main living area... They sent a rep from the air conditioning company which everyone that I have called does not know of any rep's that would make house calls... I am still waiting on the report that was to be sent to me weeks ago. There are numerous duct leaks that have not been corrected... The unit is undersized for my home and the drain pipe from the AC unit is connected to the evaporative cooler drain. Both are suppose to have their own drain pipe because the evap drain backs up into the AC causing all kinds of issues with the unit. When I call the company they told me they can not find any issues with my AC unit. But they would be willing to install a window AC unit in my office window... The AC unit is 2 years old and they installed it last year. The rear of my home is frigid cold and the front of my home is so hot that I have to turn off my computer so that it does not overheat. Save yourself the headaches and DO NOT use this company... They only care about their bottom line. NOT the client...
