April: Roofing contract and price was agreed for amount insurance would pay.
Roof was installed. Roof leak developed after recent storms in area where house is located. Spoke with Aaron Mitchell by phone to confirm payment amount.
Sent e-mail to office to request paid in full invoice, warranty on shingles used, and request someone to do repairs on the roof, as we had interior damage due to faulty installation. Apparenlty this was done and the leak appeared to be repaired after recent rains.
Handyman from company was sent to inspect interior damage. Nothing else has been done... Received an invoice billing for additional monies. Also, a lien was filled against the property.
I have had the interior damage repaired at my expense.
An inspection was performed by my insurance company that indicates there is 1 pipe jacket that is broken (looks like it was a cover-up) and that the flashing is still not correct on the skylight and solar tube. "faulty or inadequate flashing or sealant around the skylight or solar tube on the roof.
BUYER BEWARE! They do not honor their contracts or work. Their warranty is a joke.
