Furniture - corners busted, New tempurpedic damaged when co. Assured us they would transport horizontally (not vertically) according to manufacturer's specifications, bowls/urnes shattered, collecto

Tempur-Pedic mattress (under 1 year old) - We communicated to reps. On the phone and to movers in person how important it was to abide by the manufacturer's specifications and transport the mattress laying down. We were assessed an extra 50.00 for a mattress box to put it in. They assured us that "they do these things all the time, and it was no problem." We were warned by tempurpedic manufacturers that storing and transporting vertically would cause the layers inside the mattress to peel apart. Mattress came off the truck vertically. Layers which have peeled apart are bunching up and can be seen and felt. Mattress is ruined.
