Moving Squad OR Arco Transportation This company will bid low, raise the price and not deliver - FRAUD

United States Van Lines (also known as Moving Squad or Arco Transportation) is a fraudulent company.

Their practice is to buy leads from sites that offer moving quotes, submit a low bid to the consumer, forget or remove items from the inventory list, and then charge more in the process. The next step is to tell the consumer that their items weigh much more and get even more money.

They recently (almost completed) a move for me - quoted at $2900 and it is now over $7000. And they were not even able to fit all my items in the truck.

There is one person - Tom Kiernan (United States Van Lines) 888-303-6711 ext 215 - that is especially bad. He will lie to you, make promises he won't keep, not return calls and be very rude. This was the exact experience I had with him.

A new site www.unitedstatesvanlines.info will be up in a couple of weeks to educate people to stay away from this company.

I suggest that anyone who has had a bad experience report this company to the BBB immediately.
