My first service call was a very pleasent experience. ShieldStar took my call regarding my washer needing service. Called me the next day with a local applicance company number and technician name. The technician called later that day to setup a time to come. He arrived at the scheduled time, repaired the washer and it only cost me $50. It couldn't have been easier. Thanks ShieldStar.
