Residential Warranty on Air Conditioners a Ripoff. Customer Support lacking. Professionalism absent

I specified Trane Airconditioners because of prior experience with their product. My decision was a big mistake. From the first week of operation it was noisy and sounded like a loose or vibrating fan. Two service calls to installer found nothing wrong. Less then two years after start-up on a new home one of the air conditioners stopped working.
