We attained the services of ADT. I month later our home was broken into. I wanted out of my contract. The have 3 warrantys and they did not honor any of them and kept billing me ater my contract was cancelled. Adt offers a 200 dollar rebte if you pay the 300 dollar installation fee. You are supposed to get the rebate within 4 to 6 weeks. 4 months later and after multiple complaints I never got the rebate. The other warranty states if you are not happy within 6 months of their service they will refund you the full instsallation and all monotoring fees. Well they did not honor that weither and the other warranty is in the event of a bulgary they will give you up to 500 dollars. Guess what they did not honor that either. They are dishonest and not responsible. I really think it was an ADT employee that broke into my home. We just moved here and do not know anyone. We live in a good neighbourhood that has no records of bvreak and enters at least that is what the neighbours tell me. My mother also attained their services and had not got her rebate check. They flase advertise all these warrantys just to get you to sign their 3 month contract then once you do your treated poorly and essentially ripped off. Do not make the same mistake my mother and I have made and by the looks of it many many other in Victoria hace complained about our local ADT company.
