This company (TRANSCENDENT BUILDING MAINTENANCE) sent untrained people to clean our home. An employee spilled bleach on our very expensive carpet. Mr. Guilebaldo Garcia, owner, refused to accept responsibility for the damage. I sued and won a judgment against this company. Mr. Garcia did not show up at court (LASC, Van Nuys, Ca.) Mr. Garcia continues to dodge service of legal documents.
