I am being held responsible for an account that I did not use. The Law firm of Meserli and Kramer has secured a judgment against me by using Yrazema Garcia in an affidavit, which is false in its content. Yrazema Garcia works for a Debt collection agency, but has signed a affidavit saying that she has first hand knowledge of events that happened 3 years before her agency received the debt. There is a post from a Bette, from minneapolis who has experienced the same sort of perjury from affiant Yrazema Garcia as I have. I can not get into specifics, because I am going to court this month on this issue. I hoping that Bette will respond to this report. I need to obtain a copy of your affidavit if at all possible.
