I placed an order for a Hunter fan remote and slanted mounting item on June 4. Total $60.63. It was supposed to arrive 2 weeks later. Charge was posted to my credit card. Three weeks later, still no products. I called. They took the information and said would follow up for me. One week later on July 2, now almost 4 weeks from the order date, I called. Their listed hours was until 9PM EST. All the depts are closed except sales but they didn't post that! The person that answer the phone only identified himself as Brian who wouldn't help me and was very rude. When I wanted the name of his supervisor or president of the company to complain to he adamantly refused citing he's not giving anybody's name for me to complain b/c my problem was "just a late order". Please note this person told me he couldn't help me so he didn't even know what the problem was. Besides he had the arrogance to tell me I didn't have the right to complain. Unbelievable audacity!
I would urge everyone here to take heed of my complaint and do not give this company your business. As far as I'm concerned they're just scam artist.
