Bought $1700 worth tile in Dec and the order was messed up by salesman. I returned one wrong box of tile for refund worth $275 to store. The salesman said he'd refund money after he took it back to manufacturer. For 3 months salesmen never returned to manufacturer, after 100 calls I had to do it.
I negotiated with manufactuer (Daltile) (who Carpet mills buys from) for refund. Refund processed 08/28/03 for $275 sent to Carpet Mills, on my behalf; that was 4 months ago.
Many calls later, now going on 9 months waiting, carpet Mills still won't give me my money back. This is stealing. I want my money back. No one at their corporate office ever calls back, won't give name of CEO or any managers. It's a big secret.
BBB report filed still no resolution.
