I bought my Samsung Cleo in Dec 09. Since then, my phone has gone through 2 repairs... It restarts itself... First it was when i was accessing my songs, then it was resetting itself when i tried to send multiple txts. Now it resets itself when i click on contacts, when trying to send a single text, when i try to see my alerts, when i get a miss call... The alarm wakes me up at 4:30AM when i specifically set it for 6:30AM. You should recall this product and replace everyone's phone with a new one... I reset my phone as i was told, and still nothing... I just lost my 150 phone numbers i had in my contacts!!!
