Terrible customer service at the Hwy 6 and Westheimer location. If you go in there do not deal with Eddie, Once your sale is done and their are problems, he will not call you back even thou he says he will.
It took me 16 days to get my complete order delivered correctly. Always inspect your merchandise, because they will try to deliver you defective items. They also make promises and when it comes down to redoing the contract they will not keep them. Beware of Eddie (salesman), Roj (manager) and DJ (manager).
