High W ater Bill

I am upset because I recieved a notice that my water is going to be off the 23 of July. I feel that this bill for one month is way to high there is no way I use water 1121100gallons. I feel that this is a misstake due to I was told that the water meters don't go that high. I also feel that I am paying for somone elses bill plus mine. I feel this is unfair and I feel it needs to be checked into. There is no way that 2 people from june to june has used that much water. This trailer is only a 3 bedroom one bathroom so please explain to me why I have a 1,089.46 water bill.
