Took payment immediately - has not delivered, will not reply to email or phone messages London

I purchased a bathroom light and bathroom cabinet for 199.98 on 25/05/10 and payment was taken on 26/05/10. I received a confirmation email. It has now been 2 weeks and I have been trying to contact them, there is only ever an answer machine on the 0844 4154877 and they have not replied to my email. I too was taken in by the proffessional looking website. I have sent them a letter now but don't really know what else to do. I shall of course report them.
