I ordered a carburetor BS390323 on 02/06/10 the Order ID: 6DE8BE2 for $124.22.
I still have not received the carburetor as of today 03/31 my credit/Debit card shows that Mower Parts World received the money on 02/16. After waiting a month and not receiving the carburetor I contacted Mr. Truesdale by phone and email and asked where my carburetor was he gave me some lame story about having the Flu and would get it out to me ASP. After waiting two more weeks I contacted him again by phone and he informed me that the carburetor was back ordered and as soon as he heard something he would let me know. Another few weeks go by and still no carburetor so I contacted Mr. Truesdale again and he gave me some other story about the internet was down and he was having problems seeing where my order was, but he would let me know as soon as he heard something. Once again I waited several weeks and phoned him again and this time I said that three months to receive the merchandise is plenty long and I want my money back and will order the carburetor somewhere else, which I did and had it in five days there was no back order problem, he assured me that he would refund the money back into my account with in two or three business days. I have yet to have my money refunded to me from Mr. Truesdale and it has been over a month. He has made no effort to contact me and as far as I am concerned he plain stole my $124.22 and has no intention of ever refunding me my money!
. I expect to hear from you soon on about the carburetor I purchased from you, I want to know when or if you sent it and if not I want a full refund of my money! I made the mistake of paying with my Debit card, he withdraw the money from that account and knows that I have no recourse to recover the money.
