I recently purchased a kikker 5150 from Go Kart USA. Right off the bat I was sent the wrong rear wheel. So I contacted Go Kart USA and they were more than happy to fix the problem. Ok great, no problem. The second day I had the bike gas started to flow out of the carburetor through the air filter causing the bike to stall.
I go straight to the source (Kikker 5150), the manufacturer of the bike, and explain to him what the problem was with the carburetor. The suggestion he gave me to fix the carburetor failed, he was extremely rude about my situation and made me feel like i offended him by calling.
I called back a second time and he said it was not his problem and that if i was not smart enough to fix a carburetor then i should not have the bike. I then had to pay a mechanic to fix my carburetor and come to find out it was a faulty carburetor from Kikker 5150. And to top the whole situation he will not send me my MSO so i can have my bike street legal.
These guy's are jerks to say the least and the bikes they build are a joke. So if you are thinking about buying one of there bikes make sure that you are a certified mechanic because buy there standard's us regular people are not smart enough to own one.
