I have tried for 60 days to be reimbursed for a $175. I am embarassed for even buying this product before researching online. Now I see several complaints.
Dana claimed to have sent two checks that were cashed. He couldn't provide check numbers or payee information. He claims the checks were sent to the servicer - why would they do that when I paid them?! Every employee here is extremely rude and not helpful.
The only saving grace is that I only shelled out $39.99 for four months before cancelling.
Seriously, don't waste your money. Run away from their sales folk, run fast!
