I purchased a Builder 54-inch garden tractor in may of and within 2 weeks it broke down. A specialist arrived to support it, and found it was produced incorrectly having a curved body. He recommended Sears, and myself that it's changed. I struggled with Sears for 2 weeks on getting the tractor changed, and lastly they did so. Of a month after repklacing the tractor, it broke down again. Exactly the same specialist arrived and maintained the tractor, also it went correctly again. The wintertime handed and that I applied the tractor roughly 3 times. I saved the tractor in my own storage when I usually do, and visited utilize it again. After I did, it'd not begin. I approached the service division, plus they explained I'd need to delay about 2 1/2 months to get a support. I told them this is undesirable, which my garden CAn't be left unmowed for 3-4 months. Lastly after fighting together about the telephone for around one hour (also being hung-up on once), they decided to emerge between 1pm and 5pm of 24 hours later (5/26/10). Coincidently, they didn't appear, and at 5:05 pm, I obtained a phone from Sears declaring the technichian couldn't make it. I subsequently named Sears nowadays (5/27/10), and talked having a lady in client options, who explained that it had been a required visit and also the technology couldn't ensure it is since he didn't complete his path. I told her that I sensed they virtually lied in my experience and simply explained he was arriving, and so I might abandon them alone. I subsequently told her that my Grandma worked for Sears for 30 years, my dad continues to be purchasing Crftsman items for 40 years, which I've now been purchasing Builder items to get a year today since I have have now been a homeowner, which I'll never purchase a Builder item again. She was quiet for around five moments as though she didn't understand what to express.instantly she explained she was sorry I sensed this way, which there is nothing that would be completed. I expected her if there is anybody who I really could talk to, that may assist me with my issue, and he or she explained that she was the greatest individual to talk to. I expected her if she'd a, and he or she stated she'd a supervisor, but he didn't consider calls, or return calls. Good huh? Lastly she decided to drive another visit set for tomorrow (5/28/10) from 8am - 12 pm, and he or she couldn't guarantee the technology would certainly make it happen. I believe I understand whats likely to occur... Have you got any guidance for me personally?
