INC I was informed a year ago that it was under warranty now a year later they are suing me for 192.96 costing me more. Ripoff!

I had bought a unit first of all they over charged me thinking I wouldn't notice but I did and they finally gave me back my money but yet I still paid interest for the full amount.

Later A bird fell into the furnance they came out removed the bird and cleaned. They charged me 146.00. I called them up several times regarding this bill they informed me that it was under warranty and if I still owed 146.00 that they would get back with me that folling Monday I never heard from them untill today when I got a court summons from thier attorney a year later. They will not discuss this matter with me cause they turn it over to thier attorney.

This is not right. If I owed the money why didn't they call me back so I could pay it? Now they want 192.96. Companies should not be allowed to treat customers like this and I'd really appriciate it if someone could do something about this type of bussiness.
