Sleep Number Beds The Bed From HELL! After setting the bed for one setting, it has a mind of it's own... Changing throughout the night! It's KILLING my back! Internet Minneapolis

Bought the bed when we got married and have been VERY unhappy with the result. The bed changes it's setting throughout the night! I set my side to 45 and wake up to 60,80, and sometimes 100 (also sometimes 30)! We contacted customer support within the first year of our "warranty" only to find out that they only replace with REFURBISHED parts?! After replacing the pump and STILL having the problem, they had the nerve to suggest that we pump up the bed to the desired level, then remove the air hoses and use the SUPPLIED plugs to RETAIN the setting?!?!? Wait!? Didn't I just pay a fortune for an ADJUSTABLE bed??? NEVER buy a bed like this!!! Be warned!!
