Roger Sierra, Robert Urbinick, Home Designers Magazine STOLE MONEY, TOOK FULL PAYMENT FOR $7800.00 ORDER PLUS ANOTHER appr. $600.00 order and did not show up

This company by tha name of "AVANTI CLOSTES & CABINITRY" ALONG WITH HOME DESIGNERS MAGAZINE, (ALL THE SAME OWNERS) took on a job to build commercial shelves for my place of business ("DNC" Nutritional Store) on 4. They took a deposit of appr $3800.00 for the order to be placed and the balance upon delivery of shelves and instalations. Mr Roger Guerra the "ONE OF THE CROOKS" & MASTER MIND OF THIS SCAM came by my place of business and took the remaing balance when the final delivery was to take place, but VANISEHED INTO THIN AIR. As of 4/09 (a year later) Im still to hear from them. As i write this report im sitting at my attorneys office filing a formal complaint & law suit against all parties involved.
