Mike Gave $500.00 Deposit 1/29/10 never received furniture

I ordered $2050.51, bedroom furniture & entertainment unit, from Mike, I was promised delivery in 2-4 weeks, it nis now going on 3 months, and all I get is excuses every time I call for staus of this order. I do not know if I will ever get this furniture. I have been sleeping on an Aero Bed for over 2 months now. I do not know if I should just chalk this down to being ripped off & order elsewhere. But I do not want to held liable for the balance on this order.
