Venture Pools... Made many promises that have not been fulfilled and now have threated to sue us. Salesman Rudy Vrba when selling the pools to us assured our lawn would be "just like it was" when they arrived... We now have a construction access full of cement fragments, rocks and construction debris from the front of our home across or backyard to the pool site, and they tell me they are not responsible for any repairs. The decking was to be ammended with some extra red stones to match all other flagstone and pool amenities but it was not done. I have this in writting, but to no avail they say they are not responsible. When the pool was sold to us we told the salesman Rudy we did not want a "BLUE" pool... We wanted a natural look, so we selected a plaster finish of Black, grey, white and Navy blue specs. They plasters with a solid blue plaster... Also promised a water outlet to wash the decking and water plants. Did not get it. Sebveral other small things not done. Now we are sitting here with a 50,000.00 investment and it is not what we contracted for. Ripoff!!!
