Glenbrook Meadows, Glenbrook Dr., Our basement sump pump failed and my cellar flooded, ruined my own home. I named Elegant Property Management, (MPM). MPM called back and explained a brand new sump pump could be mounted 24 HOURS LATER while water was still flooding my cellar. MPM mounted another sump pump. The brand new sump failed within 48 hours. Our cellar CRAMMED AGAIN (after cleansing support & repair). I named MPM and remaining concept with after hours answering service. MPM didn't respond. After I named, all I acquired was the day voice-mail addressing system. I left another important communication. MPM DIDN'T RESPOND FOR ALL TIMES while my cellar had two (2) of standing water, destroying more of my own home. MPM mounted another sump pump (having a minute visit in the cleansing support and repair). The 2nd new sump pump worked one (1) week after which failed. Our basement flooded ALL OVER AGAIN. I named MPM, but I had been placed on store many times in a number of calls, and subjected to towards the voice-mail addressing system. MPM named me back after many times and mounted a next new sump pump, just like the previous, unsuccessful sump pump and cleansing support and repair visited, all over again! The 3rd sump pump ceased functioning, occasionally. I'd had it with gregory g. CUETER and also the DOWNTOWN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (MPM) Organization! I mounted a water-powered sump pump and switched it on once the electrical sump pump appeared to go wrong again. I'd previously invested countless bucks spending the cleaning and repair organization!
