I have no idea what is going on with Weichert Reality in Downtown Orlando. Monica Rodriguez at MMRODRIGUEZ@CFL. RR.com is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Betsy Bateman who is supposed to be the manager is a rude and unprofessional as Monica. I am not one to complain or waste my time on situations like this, but I have never seen a Real Estate company run this way. Weichert Reality of Orlando, caused huge problems for my family. They lie, make up stuff to the landlord and tenant, and are irrational. They don't keep appointments and made us drive 1 hour to meet them and they never showed. They claimed they called to confirm, never happened. I am not sure if this is a company wide issue or if these 2 woman are just the issue. I hope that the people who gave these clowns a franchise will investigate this company. They are hurting the general public, they are property managers, someone is losing there house because they did not manage the property and respond to emails
