Please beware of this guy! I only wish I had read the reports on him BEFORE we signed a contract and gave him a $2000 deposit to complete a walkway from our driveway to front door and (at his suggestion) to remulch and replant front flower beds in August. The Contract stated work was to be completed last week of August. Materials were not delivered nor was work commenced. Repeated calls made to William Mobley were not returned. Did not hear back from Mobley until November, only after legal action was threatened. At that time, Mobley and his crew removed existing concrete steps and walkway but ALSO removed every single flowering shrub, bush and flower from the front of our house. The nicer bushes were removed entirely from our property (stolen perhaps) and the others were left lying on the side of our house. We put them in water but as the contractor did not return they eventually died. We have tried to get Landmaster to come out and finish the project, or to have the materials dropped off so that we could get someone else to finish. Over the past seven months, William Mobley has promised to return on at least 20 occasions but simply does not show up. He recently even swore of the lives of both his parents that he would make good on this project! In the meantime, our home looks war-torn.in addition to blocks of cement and piles of dirt left on our front lawn, a huge pile of crushed stone was left in the middle of our driveway making our garage inaccessible from last fall to present. All that remains of our walkway is a 3 foot dirt hill leading to our front door, which is nightmare in the snow and rain we've had. It is ugly as well as hazardous for all who attempt to enter our home. My fervent hope is that karma exists...
