Primary Construction LLC / Tim Brocato Sr
Timothy Paul Brocato Tim Brocato collected the (homeowners) insurance payment as the general contractor for my materials and labor. Now landscapes his new mansion Internet

I have been an active subcontractor for Tim P Brocato Sr. / Primary Construction LLC (founded 12/06/06 & performed insurance reconstruction & repairs). On October 27th, I completed my last scheduled job. I immediately Billed for the amount owed $1644.00. Due to his recent slow pay history, I verified receipt of my billing on 11/06/09 with Robin in the office. I was also just warned by another individual that Mr. Brocatto had been caught "double dipping" between a major insurance provider and thier insured homeowner on or about September and was in serious hot water. When all promises to pay never materialized, phones became disconnected, and the office vanished, I contacted the insurance company, who had paid Mr. Brocatto in full for this project.in addition, Mr. Brocato coerced the insured homeowner to authorize (sign off) early payment including the portion for my invoice. Mr. Brocato then failed to complete the job. On 01/11/10, in a phone conversation with Mr. Brocato, he first claimed he was unaware of this bill, then followed by telling me that the $1644.00 was much less than the $3000 he was thinking (in this same conversation! He knew he owed!), he then stated that he would send payment by the end of that week. It is now March 9th and not a dime can he show me in effort, or contact.

On December 5th January 10th and February 21st I visited the brand new, very extravagant (assessed at $603,000) Tim P. Brocato home on secluded acreage. New fencing, landscaping, and other progress were in the works (I have dated pictures, images). On February 19 I received a letter from Mr. Brocato Sr (addressing his subcontractors), indicating that the economy has forced him to close his doors. He states that he is sorry he has outstanding invoices.

Mr. Brocato and his wife both filed bankruptcy in September (formerly T&T Handyman Services). Mr. Brocato claims "he is in shock", meanwhile he is familiar with the system, as he has done this, at least once before in his past. Mr. Brocato has now choked his second company to its end, as he continues to enjoy, and improve his beautiful personal home and property. I can't help but wonder if he is on board with the State dept. Of revenue, or the I.R.S., as he sure seems to be illusive as of these past several months.

Who would ever have thought, though Mr. Brocato presents himself to seem like such a nice Christian-like fellow, he should not be able to be excused (though he shows a pattern of excusing himself), nor walk away from this mess, only he should be held personally accountable for. His dishonesty and deceit is clear, obvious, and evident.
