Had difficulty spending bill online. Via digital lender transfer. Bank claims no request cost was produced by Improvement Energy. Was charged a charge, and informed they might no further take any funds from me, except by money, licensed check or income order. I've been with this specific organization for more than 20 years. This may be the very first time it has occured. Customer Support repetitions have now been excessively rude and unhelpful. I speculate sinc this can be a required support, and just they are able to provide it to me. That they are able to handle me with any disrespect they need to. They should feel well having that much power-over somebodyis life. Shame in it...
