I've attempted on NUMEROUS events to get CUSTOMER SUPPORT from Progress Power. Their customer support representatives exist ostensibly for nothing. YOU CAN'T obtain ANY TYPE OF PAYMENT PLANS; if per opportunity your FIRST COST via ebill doesn't clear the financial institution, YOU CAN'T watch your bill online or create any funds online FOR JUST ONE YEAR!!! If you don't spend by charge card and accept spend them $5 additional any time you wish to create a cost. You however CAN'T watch your statement online. I've advised them the tackle by which we reside doesn't obtain bodily email - but, their reaction is, we delivered you a notice. They'll REMOVE you without telling you (they delivered you that notice, even although you never got it). THEY DON'T CARE WHEN YOU HAVE ENERGY or not!!! They're a monopoly - they do not need to care. Possibly you need to do business THEIR METHOD or it is the freeway!!! This really is absurbd!!! THERE'S NO requirement for this sort of therapy from the business that you'll require.

Additionally, for you really to actually get a merchant account using the organization - YOU HAVE TO supply your SOCIAL SECURITY quantity!
