Purchased hot tub pump over phone with credit card on 8/4/03. Stated pump was in stock and would be delivered as soon as possible. Charged $20.00 extra dollars for rush shipping. Its now 8/21/03 and after he sent email stating it was shipped. Still no pump. Refuses to answer phone or emails or provide proof of shipment with shipping number. Did find his home phone however 1-724-864-5579. Beware of this company calling its self the pumpwarehouse.com. Also has off shoots of this company on internet. But company is really JTE electric out of Irwin PA.
