Kept billing me after I cancelled the Account

The company had been taking out money from my account after I deleted it. I had not noticed it until my most recent Bank Statement. To my dismay the customer service rep I got in contact with was Steve 1-800 extension 7385. He comenced to argue with me about the validaty of my issue. He stated well shouldnt you have been monitoring your account! He kept cutting me off and when I asked to speak with his manager he stated "He went to lunch, he IS allowed to do that!" Going no where I asked to speak with someone else and he stated "I am the only one." So he transferred me to his managers voicemail, where I left a message. I called back a few times and got Gwen instead. I began telling her about my situation and she cut me off and said "Steve told me about you." She began rudely interrupting me and accusing me of trying to defraud the Company, which she kept reminding me has been in business for 11 years. WOW, really! So Scott, the manager, came back from lunch and I was able to talk with him. I will give it up to Scott for acting like a manager and taking respon for his horrible employees. Never will I use their website and I am determined to make sure everyone knows about their customer service ethics!
