Requested a Briggs & Stratton motor maintenance package in August. Obtained the typical "seven days shipping" mail. No portion was actually shipped. First call-in June Wanda stated it had been backordered. Next call-in March it had been discovered and and ETA provided. No portion was actually gotten. Next call-in December they discovered one-but it had been faulty, a brand new one was requested and ETA of November 27 provided. However no portion was obtained. Next phone was December 1 to request reimbursement, and was informed it'll get 15 times. It is today Dec 28 with no reimbursement was released or component was obtained. I've requested out of this organization previously with no difficulty, and so I am unsure what occurred a year ago.
