Mother purchased a wind spinner for a chrfistmas gift on November 2. They sent out the wrong product. They said they would send out correct product but never did. They don't answer their phone 95% of the time.
My mother is a senior citizen. Maybe they feel they can take advantage of her. It isn't extremely expensive but it is the fact they don't stand behind their buisness and their needs to be a record of both bad customer service and not correcting their own problem.
