Mr. James Gregory Capps oo L.A. Patios and Spas took over $4600.00 in payment for a spa in April with a delivery date of 3 weeks. Three months later he has not delivered the spa and refuses to return my money. I have had to resort to a small claims action against Mr. Capps. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with this scam artist.
