Taylor Woodrow Homes Jose Alcan abused & mistreated and discriminated against homebuyers by the corruption of a deceptive company denied access to a priority list, ripoff liars

My husband and I are first time homebuyers and newlyweds who have been mistreated and discriminated against because of our economic class. We are school teachers who make a decent living and have qualified for a home by this builder but have denied access to a priority list which takes precedence over the waiting list.

I was told about this "VIP" list by their sales associates and then later by a friend who was able to buy in this community becuase she was on the "VIP" list. When I called and questioned the associates in the Irvine offices about the list they profusley denied that such a list existed. I finally spoke to the VP of sales (Jose Alcon) who admitted to a "courtesy" list and told me how I could get on it.

I made two separate attempts to be placed on the list but was denied by the same man who told me how to get on it. I confronted him with this and he then changed his story. I called and spoke to his supervisor (Gil Miltonberger) who after two conversations with me said "he no longer wanted to answer my questions and that I was not helping my cause in getting a house and that I needed to drop it".

I asked my friend how she had gotten on the list and she told me that a friend had reccomended her (I was also recommended by the same friend) and that her inlaws (the owners of Allen Tire Company) had spoken to the sales team telling them they would do anything to have their children buy in this community. I have spoken to many associates (all which I have logged down) some denying the list and others giving conflicting information but the one thing that boils down to it it seems as though money talks. I feel that I caught this discrminating act being committed and now am being denied the right to buy a home in this development.

Through all of this I find that the most interesting bit of infomration is that associates within the company fell this is wrong and yet have not helped in the matter. I have only found one associate who has been willing to help and she is in Texas. I found another associate from Irvine who suggested going to city council might help. I also spoke to the assistant to the CEO of the who has said that there is really nothing she can do about it. Now last I checked the CEO has the ultimate power.

Please post some info below and give me suggestions for what else I can do. This has been the worst home buying experience, and it is my first one! Thank you!
