I bought some Ultrex cookware from HSN. The teflon on my skillets are ripping. The cookware is meant to become assured for life. From studying additional grievances, it seems that Innova, the maker has gone out of company which HSN isn't praising the guarantee. I settled the cash to HSN, to not Innova. I'll NEVER store at HSN again.
