We purchased our 3-piece living room set in July along with an 5-year extended warranty.in May we called to report the side cushions of the couch were, for lack of a better term "collapsing". If you sat on either end, you sank practically to the floor. The repair person came out, and just added more padding to the entire seat. The couch actually had a visible rise in the center, which was then very difficult to sit on. As a result, we were using the chair and loveseat more, and they began to collapse as well. I called again to schedule another service call. First I was berated by the CSR because she did not believe that all 3 pieces now required repair. After several minutes of argument we finally scheduled an appointment. On the day of appointment, the same tech came to the house, looked at the furniture, and said there was nothing further he could do and left. My husband called the company, and after 3 weeks of repeated calls, they did decide to schedule a second tech to come to the house, who said that the furniture would need to go back to the factory for repair and that it was in fact defective. He told us the company would call to schedule pickup. 2 weeks later, when we were finally able to reach the customer service representative, we were told that they would not honor the warranty.
