Stop sending wilshire money and signing documents

Ladies and Gents.,
STOP paying Wilshire money and signing documents! I have read most of the posts about Wilshire. The one I have yet to read is one in which someone took them to court. The Legal Aide Bureau, Volunteer Lawyers Association and the court house have people that will represent you. These agencies are free or will cost you very little or nothing if you're unemployed.
Wilshire will not expose themselves in a court of law, where they're forced to prove their case. Believe me, I know first hand. Look, they are going to rip you off and/or doing it anyway. You just haven't found out which category you're in yet. Send them a certified letter requesting a complete account of every dime you've sent them, escrow included. Your reason? You're disputing the amount of money they say you owe. Also, include in your letter that you're going to have a mortgage audit. Make them prove you owe what they say you owe. It may turn out they owe you money with interest, penalties and fees.
You would be wise to put your mortgage payments in your savings account until the complaint or issue you have with Wilshire is worked out. Make them aware of what you're doing. Then tell them you will see them in court. Sit back and wait! It may take them months to get the information you requested. This is why you don't need to sign documents giving them what they need to defeat you in court or foreclose on you.
With all the mortgage scams with the housing market, judges are demanding banks/serving centers to have their records together before a foreclosure is grant or before they can collect payments from you. Which goes back to what I said earlier, STOP SENDING THEM PAYMENTS AND SIGNIGN DOCUMENTS!!!
Once they get your certified letter, they may want to work something out. This is when you know you have the upper hand because they have something to hide. Wilshire is crooked, you can't trust a crook, so what ever terms of YOURS they agree to have it in writing, signed, notarized and make a copy for your records. Mail it to them via certified mail for them to sign. When the certified receipt (proof the letter was received or delivered), staple it to your copy of the agreement along with the receipt showing you paid to have it sent certified mail.
Knowledge is power!!!
