Allied trade group, atg atg stores company refuses to refund full amount

I ordered cabinet door hardware (pulls and knobs) through ATG, with FREE SHIPPING. The product is not the quality I was expecting. I inquired about returns and they are refusing to refund the full amount - $142.05. They will only pay $110, and of course I will have to pay to ship it back. When I spoke to a customer rep, he was snippy, to say the least. The return policy is not clearly visible on the website. I am flagging the charge with my credit card company.
Meanwhile, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY unless you know exactly what you are getting.
