I hired from Re/Max in Wilmington, NC via an Adviser called Betty so when we shifted in to the home it had been horrible. Nothing was washed like we were recommended it'd be. Lamps were taken and never all lights had lights. And so I got images of the area in case. Following a couple of months of coping with there issues and never obtaining the aid we required for items to be studied care of we (partner) chose to abandon and proceed to a much better location. Your deposit was removed to get a water statement which was so-called not compensated (we've evidence of cost) plus they power-washed the home and redid the paint-job all-on our deposit. We requested to get a paint-job just before moving-in and also the outside the home was unpleasant. REALLY uneven should you request me. Dealing with a legal challenge now. Bear in mind!!!
