While having my 42ft motor-home washed at the Blue Beacon located at the I-80 Exit 232B Truck World, one of the attendant's accidentally stuck the front of my motor-home and left a chip. During the wash the high pressure caused the paint to bubble up and leave a horrible blemish now in the paint. This motor-home has been garage kept for seven years and has not one blemish on it until now. The attendants as well as myself, walked the entire motor-home looking at the outside before the wash and there were no marks on the home before they started. Then afterwards, the paint peel up. I have spoke to the Field Representative of Operations, Terry Packard and this is what they wrote me back:
" Had we struck your truck with the wan, we would be liable for the damage incurred and would work with you to resole the situation. We cannot assume liability for paint that is removed or bubbled during our normal wash procedures by water pressure. [continued below]...
