I purchased living room furniture for my mom. It was delivered and My mom noticed that the couches were defected in the way they were sewn, she contacted Conn's 3 days later but they gave here to Kelly's Furn. They are contracted with conn's. Kelly's came out to look at furniture and determined they were defected and that the only thing they could do would be to reupholster the couches. My mom was very upset being she had them only a few days and so she contacted them several times to replace them with new ones, they have refused any sort of exchange and said she would have to just have them fixed, I can't believe that a company this large could actually do this to their customers and not be closed down.
I am only wanting them to be exchanged for non defected ones, not a refund how difficult could this be??? My mom is still waiting for them to be fixed nothing yet, and no help whatsovever in solving the problem. She and my stepfather have spoke with management severa times but still they refuse to help...
