Good morning On 02/22/09 i purchased a washer and a water cooler which were both defective, i called on many occassions in regards to both items, was told in regards to the water cooler why i waited so long, i trid to tell them that i didn't know why the refrigerater didn't work i thought that maybe it ws something i was doing wrong, they told me to call for service in which i did do. The service told me that they were suppose to replace it, it's really sad that the only way they listen is when you go through all those calls, when it is their defected product that they sold me, then i asked i i could just call another conns to see if they had one in stock since they didn't have any and they told me yes, upon caling another conns i was told that advantra was not top brand and they didn't sell, i re-called the other conns where i bought the appliance and was told that the product was discontinued, so why would't they take it back from the beginning the knew it was discontinued, now in regards to my washer, either it don't let in the right amount of water, or it lets to much water in, i have called and complained, they have sent me all over the world in regards to this problem, then again tells me why did i wait so long, i finally called the service center, and was told that i came without a part that like the brain of the washer which tells the maching how much water to allow in the machine, i think i have been unjustly serviced, i was recently displaced because of hurricane IKE, moved back home, went to buy appliances, and if my home is messed up because of CONN's defected appliance in which they won't stand behind i will get me a lawyer, because when i put the $1500 down for these defauted appliances they didn't have no back talk, i am really dissatisfied with my service, can youhelp me?
