Just like a person that goes to a parole hearing for a person that killed a loved one, I will make sure that I continue periodically to try to save you some pain. Believe me, do not have Sears install windows for you. I was ripped, the treated like a piece of garbage. They mangled my window sills, and will look you in the eyes and take your money. The salesmen will tell you anything, really, play with them little. They just make things up, then you will never be able to contact them again. Sears has a joke complaint dept.
