We got one defective appliance but we noticed that problem only after a week. So, we called there and told them about the problem. We were pretty sure it would be solved... Oh yeah, sure! As I found out, they are not responsible for defective merchandise, "they only sell it" (even if it is defective!). But they would be more than happy to give you the phone number of the manufacturer... Thanks, I can find it myself! They will never replace it, or fix it, or do anything. Keep calling and they'll keep hanging up on you. I regret going there so much! Just do yourself a favor go to Sears or somewhere else. Or you'll get into the same trouble.
