This store is very irresponsible! Their sales people don't care what they sell you, as long as they make a sale! I spent over $11,000 there on appliances. Amoung them, they sold me a Thermador 6 Burner Kitchen Range, which is DEFECTIVE, from day one, (as per Authorized Service) and BSH Home Appliances Corp. (Thermador) refuses to replace it UNDER THE WARRANTY. FIBERGLASS is blowing into the oven and onto the food, so we can't use it. THERMADOR (BSH) said that "IT'S NOT A HEALTH ISSUE TO EAT FIBERGLASS"!!!
APPLIANCE CONNECTION also sold us a Zephyr range hood which is insufficient for that range. The fan melted from the heat and Zephyr AUTHORIZED SERVICE fixed it once and said "APPLIANCE CONNECTION SHOULD NOT HAVE SOLD US THIS HOOD. It's not powerful enough for this range". Zephyr also refuses to repair it again, since it is "THE WRONG HOOD FOR THIS RANGE"!
