This company refused to build my pool in accordance with the contract I signed with them, after investigating them I found that they have a pattern of this type of behavior, of course I found out to late because I relied on a positive word from an associate, the other reports I have read in various places ring true to me. The owner is a bully and showed a total lack of respect for my issues. I feel that it is important to tell my story so that it may help another consumer.
