The organization I represent ordered 150 custom made chairs from Chuch Chair Industries.included in the cash price that we prepaid for the chairs was a 375.00 delivery charge. When the chairs arrived on site the truck driver refused to unload them unless we paid another delivery charge of 375.00. When I contacted Church Chair representive Mr. Larry Cordell he informed me that we would be refunded the 375.00 in 30 day's. After many attempts to contact Mr. Cordell and a Earlene that was our salesperson, Church Chairs has all but ignored our call's and emails.
I would not recommend any organization to do buissness with this Company, not because of the product they sell, but because they are not honest in their buissness dealings.
